Shipping policy
Delivery within the territory of Serbia is carried out via the courier service CityExpress and typically takes 5 to 7 business days. In certain situations, minor delays may occur, especially during holidays, non-working days, or due to changes in courier operations.
We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases – we always strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.
The delivery cost is 300 RSD for card payments, while cash on delivery is charged 300 RSD plus an additional 200 RSD fee.
CityExpress also offers the option of parcel locker pickup in larger cities. If you are not
available at the delivery address, we recommend redirecting your package to a parcel locker, where you can collect it at your convenience.
The Buyer is required to provide accurate and complete information necessary for invoicing and delivery (full name, complete address, size, model, and quantity of products). In case of incorrect information or an invalid email address, the Seller shall not be responsible for any issues related to delivery or order collection.
Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer should check the condition and integrity of the
delivered products. If visible damage to the packaging is noticed (such as tears or dents), the Buyer should request to open the package in the presence of the courier. If the goods are found to be damaged, a complaint report must be completed.
